What is your return policy?
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date for store credit only.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Have the original security loop intact and attached.
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements. Please note all sale items are final sale.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be provided to the original form of payment.
If you have any questions regarding a return, please contact our team before bringing or shipping your item back.
Please note: Any item returned without its original tags and security loop attached will not be eligible for store credit and will be returned to the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges?

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Exchange Approval
All exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet our exchange requirements may be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.
